The Problem & Objective
E-commerce stores, creators, and graphic designers need clean, isolated product cutouts for marketing campaigns, store catalogs, and digital ads. Traditional desktop software requires tedious manual path clipping, while many online background removers penalize users with low-resolution exports, watermarks, or aggressive paywalls. SwarSnap AI was designed to provide instant, high-fidelity cutouts in one click without friction.
What Was Built
A fast, browser-based web application with an interactive split-screen comparison slider. Users upload any product photo, portrait, or logo, and the AI model generates a pixel-precise transparent mask, allowing real-time before-and-after inspection prior to downloading.

Design & Technical Implementation
Built with Next.js and React, combining serverless API functions for AI processing with optimized client-side canvas routines for image previewing. Drag-and-drop file upload handling and hardware-accelerated CSS animations ensure immediate feedback and fluid touch interactions on mobile devices.
Outcome
